Fragrance is a category where counterfeiting is a genuine problem, and buyers are right to ask questions. Here is a straight answer about how OUDIVORA operates.
What we sell
OUDIVORA sells genuine third-party branded fragrance and beauty products, obtained through established wholesale supply channels within the United Kingdom.
We are a retailer. We do not manufacture the products we sell, and we do not own the brands.
What we do not claim
We would rather be precise than impressive:
- We do not describe ourselves as an official or authorised retailer of any brand, because we have no such appointment.
- We do not claim products come direct from the manufacturer.
- We do not make guarantees we cannot evidence.
What we can say is that our stock is purchased through legitimate trade supply, held by us in the UK, and documented.
Packaging variations are normal
Genuine products vary legitimately between production runs and markets. You may notice differences in:
- box printing, finish or texture
- batch code format or placement
- barcode or label variations by market
- cellophane wrapping
- minor differences in cap or bottle finishing
These variations are a normal feature of international fragrance manufacture and do not indicate a problem. Batch-to-batch variation in the fragrance itself is also normal for products containing natural materials.
Records we keep
Where available, OUDIVORA retains supplier documentation, purchase records and batch or packaging information for the stock we hold, so that any query about a specific item can be traced back to its supply.
If you have a concern
If anything about a product you have received concerns you — packaging, presentation, the fragrance itself — contact us before doing anything else.
Email support@oudivora.com with your order number and photographs. We will investigate against our own supply records and respond properly.
If an item is not as described, your statutory rights apply in full, and the hygiene-seal restriction in our Returns policy does not apply.
Reporting
If you have reason to believe any product sold by OUDIVORA is not genuine, tell us. We would rather investigate a false alarm than ignore a real one.
