Our sourcing approach
We purchase through legitimate trade supply. Where available, we retain supplier documentation, purchase records and batch or packaging information to help trace queries about the stock we hold.
Questions about your bottle?
Email support@oudivora.com with your order number and photographs of the bottle and packaging. We will investigate against our supply records.
Packaging can vary between production runs and markets, including printing, labels and batch-code placement. If you are unsure about a difference, contact us so we can check the specific item.
Independent retail
We do not manufacture fragrance or own the brands we sell. OUDIVORA is not an officially appointed or authorised retailer of those brands, and we do not claim to source directly from their manufacturers.
