These terms govern your use of oudivora.com and any purchase you make from OUDIVORA. Please read them before ordering.

About us

OUDIVORA is a United Kingdom-based multi-brand retailer of fragrance and beauty products.

OUDIVORA is a retailer, not a manufacturer. We do not produce, own or control any of the fragrance brands we sell.

This address is for correspondence only. It does not accept parcels, deliveries or returns. Do not send goods to it.

Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

use it in any way that breaches applicable law
attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or its systems
introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site
extract, scrape or systematically copy content for commercial purposes
place fraudulent or speculative orders

We may suspend or withdraw access without notice where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Products and availability

All products are subject to availability. Stock levels shown are our best information at the time of display, but availability is not guaranteed until we accept your order.

We take care to describe products accurately using information from the brands and our suppliers. Product images are for illustration; packaging design, batch codes and presentation may vary legitimately between production runs and markets. See our Authenticity and Sourcing page.

Delivery area

We currently deliver to eligible addresses in England, Scotland and Wales only. We are not currently able to deliver to Northern Ireland, British Forces (BFPO) addresses, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, the European Union or any other international destination. Delivery charges and further detail are set out on our Delivery page.

Pricing and pricing errors

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable tax where relevant. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

We take care to price correctly, but errors happen. If we discover a genuine error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. We will not simply charge you the higher amount.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance.

A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and confirm dispatch to you.

We may decline an order where:

the item is unavailable
there was a pricing or description error
we are unable to obtain payment authorisation
we reasonably suspect fraud
we cannot lawfully deliver to your address

If we decline after payment, we refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken through our payment providers at checkout. By ordering, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Cancellation and returns

Your cancellation rights and our returns process are set out in our Returns and Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, fragrance cannot be returned for a change of mind once its seal has been broken. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Intellectual property

The OUDIVORA name, logo, website design, text and original photography are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.

Third-party brand names, logos and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this site indicates only that we sell those genuine branded products as a retailer. It does not imply we own those trademarks, nor that we are an authorised, official or appointed retailer of any brand, unless we state so explicitly.

Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for breach of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Where we are liable, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for business losses, as our products are supplied for domestic and private use.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Allergies and sensitivities

Fragrance and beauty products contain ingredients that some people react to. Ingredient information is provided on the product packaging by the manufacturer. If you have known sensitivities, check the packaging before use and patch-test where appropriate. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if a reaction occurs.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, supply failure or severe weather. We will let you know and, where the delay is substantial, you may cancel and receive a refund for undelivered goods.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The version in force at the time you order is the version that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
